Policy on Digital Millennium Copyright Act

As per the DMCA safe harbor provisions, as an internet service provider, we are immune from liability for copyright infringement claims.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signed statement from the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Details of the infringing material and its location for removal;
- Contact information of the complainant;
- A statement affirming the unauthorized use of the material;
- A declaration of accuracy and authorization on behalf of the copyright owner.
Under Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC, penalties can be imposed for providing false information in an infringement notice. Takedown notices should be sent via the Contact page for prompt attention.
Please be informed that we may disclose the identity of the complainant to the alleged infringer in copyright claims. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your content has been removed due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification to have it restored. The notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the taken-down material;
- A statement that the removal was due to a mistake;
- Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. Through DMCA notices, we track and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.
